We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Eternal Self is not responsible for:

  • courier delays

  • lost parcels caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • customs fees, import duties, or taxes for Australian or international orders

Risk and ownership of products pass to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@eternalself.co.nz.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • store credit

To be eligible for a return:

  • items must be unused and in original condition

  • proof of purchase must be provided

For hygiene, wellbeing, or personal-use products, returns may not be accepted if opened or used, unless required under New Zealand consumer law.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • change of mind purchases

  • digital products once accessed or downloaded

  • sale or clearance items unless faulty
